Trey Worthen
is a student filmmaker at The Ohio State University ('27). Growing up in Ohio, he began making YouTube videos with his brother Ryan at nine years old. As he grew up, he became more comfortable in expressing himself through visual storytelling and editing. He began writing and directing short films and making video content for class whenever possible.
In addition to his own projects, Trey makes video content for clients: Alcon (the world leader in eye care), Ohio State's Delaware Extension, Catalyst Point Leadership Advisors, Buckeye Professional Advancement and Development, and Waves Music Marketing. He also has broadcast television experience from working at WOSU public broadcasting, featuring NPR and PBS.
Trey is proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Apple's Final Cut Pro. He primarily shoots on Sony but is comfortable with Canon's cinema cameras (C400). He also has a working knowledge of Illustrator and Lightroom.
